What I Wore — Spring Maxi Dress

I’m excited to share these photos today! Chase snapped these for me in the Topiary Garden after we visited the Columbus Metropolitan Library. It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed sitting on a park bench after taking these photos. I picked up this dress last week when I stopped in Second Chance Consignment. They were having a purse sale and as I was looking at purses I spotted this spring maxi dress. It was only $11 and it ended up fitting me perfectly. It was a successful 15 minute trip with the dress and the purses (I found clutches for my bridesmaids!). I paired the maxi dress with my long ivory cardigan because it was chilly in the morning. I am also wearing my brown booties to add some height (I’m always trying to not trip over my dress as I walk up + down stairs). I’m excited to add this new maxi dress to my wardrobe because I only have one other one and I am looking forward to wearing this over the summer!

This week is a busy one for me! My 5K is on Saturday, so this is my last week of training before the race. There’s still time to donate to my team, Stone Village Church, and all donations benefit Community Refugee & Immigrant Services (CRIS) in Central Ohio (here is our team link). Besides training, I have two networking events this week and those should be fun! I am also hoping to work on more wedding crafts this week if I have the time. I have a couple more posts planned for this week, so stayed tuned for those.

Have a great start to your week!
