Can you believe it is the last Thursday of Lent? I can’t! I managed to keep up with my goal to publish a Defining Life Project post once a week during Lent, which makes me happy. These past few weeks have been crazy for me. I haven’t made it to church for the last few Sundays and I am looking forward to going back this Sunday for Easter. I miss everyone at my church! I feel like I struggled to connect with God during Lent because I was so busy with school, work, and other life things. I want to readjust my priorities and spend more time reading the Bible and in prayer. I’ve been overwhelmed since I got back from Texas because I have a lot going on in the next month. My research thesis is taking up a majority of my time and has caused me some anxiety over the past few days. I want to put my trust in God to release some of my anxieties and worries. I’ve barely had anytime to process that I am almost down to only having one month left of my undergrad…how crazy is that?! I have some post ideas about that I want to write and share within the next month. I do hope that my last moments of undergrad can be filled with enjoying myself at Ohio State. I don’t want the craziness of classes and graduation to take away form the joy of spending time with my friends before we depart ways. So, I am definitely going to try to readjust my priorities to enjoy my time at Ohio State and to trust in God through all of this.

How did your season of Lent go? I’ll probably go back to sharing the Defining Life Project posts once or twice a month. In order to keep the project going, I need more definitions! I can’t keep posting about it if I don’t have definitions of life to share. Email me at thevintageurbaniteblog[at]gmail[dot]com with your definition of life and your initials (first, middle, last). Have a great Thursday! Tomorrow I will be sharing about my time at Magnolia Market in Waco, Texas!
