Grandview’s Ox Roast

This past weekend was the Ox Roast in Grandview Heights. The Ox Roast is a community event run by the Bobcat Boosters that takes place at Pierce Field that has games, rides, and all things that you would find at a state fair just on a smaller scale. Β I have been going to the Ox Roast for many years and have shared some fine memories with old friends. My favorite one was probably my junior year of high school, crazy to think that was four years ago. I went to the Ox Roast this year with one of my friends from high school, Rodrigo.

To celebrate the first home game for Ohio State (even though we ended up losing)

I told Rod that we should take outfit pictures & then had to explain to him what that was. I am happy how these two turned out.

We also took this cute selfie πŸ™‚

I rode my bike to the festival. They recently made some renovations to Pierce Field, which included a street painting of the United States.

It’s always nice to go back to Grandview events because I like where I grew up. It does still feel weird to me that I am three years out of high school, like really where did that time go? The Ox Roast is probably many Grandview residents favorite community event.
