What I Wore — Gahanna Creekside

This past Saturday Chase & I went to Gahanna because we wanted some Rita’s Italian Ice. After finishing our delicious Blendinis (which is Italian ice, custard, & a topping) we decided to walk around the Creekside. We ended up using the paddle boats on the creek because why not?! There were so many ducks in the water! I am still a little frightened by ducks after an incident we had this past spring at the Topiary Garden’s where a duck literally chased us.

After our boat ride we walked around the area & I had Chase take some outfit pictures for me

I got the pink & white dress at Second Chance this past weekend because they were having their annual sidewalk sale. This dress was not apart of the sidewalk sale, but it was only $10! I am trying to incorporate more sleeved dressed into my wardrobe because I think they can look more professional (& I am thinking my next tattoo will be on the shoulder…). The light pink necklace was purchased at Claire’s many years ago, but still remains one of my favorite accessories. I’m wearing my navy blue with white polka dots Toms, like I said in this post – these are probably my favorite ones. The dress came with a navy belt, so the shoes worked well because they brought out the white & navy blue in the dress. I love wearing blue & pink together — they are cotton candy colors πŸ™‚

I was even able to wear this dress while biking later that day. My bike is pink & white, so my dress actually matched it!
